KILLROY WAS HERE
Kevin Smith
Killroy became the first full length film to be distributed via NFTS. Over 40 film students and local filmmakers gained valuable hands on experience through the production of this film.
"ACTING THE FIRST SIX LESSONS"
Beau & Emily Bridges
AFSL was picked up for distribution and is available on all streaming platforms form Amazon to iTunes. 35 film students, as well as local filmmakers, were able to enhance their skills by working on the production of this film.

WRONG REASONS
An original film produced by SEMKHOR, Anticurrent Productions, & Kevin Smith in 2022 and was picked up for national distribution. It tells the story of Kat Oden, a rising star in punk rock, who has lost herself on the way to finding the fame she once sought. Instead, she stashes herself away in a drug-addled stupor at Rockstar boyfriend Nick Boon's massive LA mansion.
WALGREENS
Semkhor worked with Walgreens to develop two unique, VFX centered online campaigns. Holiday Targeted Moments integrates CGI with filmed content to create an entertaining online story that can also be adapted easily to new products. Fast Festive Machine is completely computer generated and is built to be endlessly adaptable for new projects.
STONEBREAKER DOCUMENTARY

This project will be developed in coordination with both Hillsborough Community College and Amarillo College and will allow young filmmakers to directly participate in post production and visual effects. The Content Academy is dedicated to facilitate worthwhile educational engagements through participation in top-tier commercial projects.
The documentary will be narrated but Andy Garcia.

PAINMAKER
Get ready for an electrifying adventure with THE PAINMAKER PROJECT! This is not just any graphic novel - it's a thrilling evolution that takes storytelling to the next level using blockchain technology. Follow the gripping tale of The Painmaker, a serial killer on a mysterious journey that could lead to his redemption or utter destruction. Created by the legendary Chris Jericho in collaboration with Semkhor Studios, this project blends traditional graphic novel elements with animation, blockchain interactivity and collectibility.
Join our low-fi metaverse, where readers are not just spectators but active participants in an ever-expanding story. The project offers both digital and physical versions of the comic, exciting games, and unique opportunities to interact with Chris Jericho and the studio.

SUGAR
Semkhor created this groundbreaking series, with Dylan McDermott, which follows a young woman as she navigates the dangerous forces that are seeking to trap her. This series provided important production experience to more than 30 film students and also raised substantial donations to support the effort to eradicate sex trafficking.
SEMKHOR RINGLING SOUND STAGE
Semkhor was engaged by Ringling College of Art & Design to help develop a nationally recognized film program which had 7 students and no visibility. Semkhor developed a strategy that centered on integrating celebrity centric productions into their academic program. The approach developed and managed by Semkhor achieved the following results:
- 16th ranking nationally of the film program
- Over 130 film students
- Coordinated a City, County, and Community collaboration to support local productions
- Developed an internship program that placed students on film productions nationally and raised visibility of the film program
- Secured the largest single economic development grant in Sarasota history (1.75 mm) to support the development of a Post Production facility
- Executive produced multiple celebrity based productions that provided the Ringling film students with unique, direct experience and helped prepare them for work after graduation
- Invested with the County and Ringling College to develop and construct a 38,000 sq. ft. Sound Stage and Post Production facility
BLINKER COMMERCIAL
Semkhor worked with Blinker to develop and produce a compelling series, of VFX Centered commercial to help launch this startup that allows for instant car purchases via mobile app. The commercial allows a group of talented students and filmmakers to learn all aspects of commercial productions.
BLAZE
Semkhor worked with Ethan Hawke to develop an internship opportunity for a group of talented, aspiring filmmakers to work with Ethan to produce this excellent biopic. BLAZE is a 2018 American biographical drama film directed by Ethan Hawke based on the life of country musician Blaze Foley. The screenplay by Hawke and Sybil Rosen was adapted from the memoir Living in the Woods in a Tree: Remembering Blaze by Rosen. It stars musician Ben Dickey as Foley. The film premiered at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival and was released in the United States on August 17, 2018, by IFC Films.
MY ALL AMERICAN
Semkhor worked with Paul Schiff Productions to develop an educational opportunity that allowed talented students to work on a major motion picture MY ALL AMERICAN; A PAUL SCHIFF PRODUCTION. My All American is a 2015 American biographical drama sport film based on the life of college football player Freddie Steinmark. The film was written and directed by Angelo Pizzo. It is based on the book Courage Beyond the Game: The Freddie Steinmark Story by Jim Dent. The film stars Finn Wittrock, Sarah Bolger, Robin Tunney and Aaron Eckhart. The film was released on November 13, 2015, by Clarius Entertainment.
WEST COAST BLACK THEATRE COLLABORATION
Semkhor worked with WBTT to develop a unique speaker series that both provided master classes with Ving Rhames and Danielle Truitt, and helped raise funding for its continued growth. Semkhor has pioneered the Studio Lab model that integrates philanthropy, commercial productions, and education. The WBTT collaboration is an example of how Semkhor can customize this model to support any educational or corporate initiative.
STUDIO LAB SPEAKER SERIES
Semkhor holds that the best way to provide aspiring creators with tools and confidence then need to succeed is through direct interactions with successful artists and commercial productions. Through these interactions, students and creators are able to have their immediate questions answered as well as gain a realistic view of the media and entertainment industries. Since 2010, Semkhor has developed and produced a nationally recognized speaker series that provides unique educational insights, secures philanthropic support, and allows for the development of experience and portfolio through participation in real world productions. This meddle and series can be rapidly adapted to work seamlessly with a wide range of educational and corporate organizations.
CREATIVE EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM
The CEP is a results based educational program focused on providing real world training in the media and entertainment industries.
This comprehensive program not only imparts technical proficiency in equipment and software relevant to VFX but also extends its focus towards fostering a deep understanding of the entire creative process and pipeline aspects of VFX integration in film and other media.
With an emphasis on providing a holistic approach, participants will gain a profound insight into the intricacies of VFX, enabling them to seamlessly integrate these captivating visual elements into their creative endeavors, even if their primary interest lies beyond VFX creation.
The Biz
The BIZ is a unique media project that integrates synergistic elements that will provide value to ABC 7, The Sarasota Community, and Business Owners:
- Philanthropy / Community Improvement
- Advertising
- Entertainment
Not only will the BIZ provide excellent branding, by generating segments will attract viewership, but it will also provide the sponsors and advertisers with recognition for helping talented creators achieve their goals and bring new business and industries to Sarasota and the Gulf Coast.
