THE B$Z supports the CREATIVE EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM which is a unique collaboration between Semkhor and Caring for Children Charities that provides local artists, and talented students, the opportunity to work directly with commercial production and recognized talent.

Some recent & current projects

Stonebreaker

Booker High and STC will be assisting Andy on the production of his documentary on the Harpsichord genius Ross “Stonebreaker” Scott. This segment will provide access to Andy and his production partners as well as the students who will be assisting.

Painmaker

International celebrity Chris Jericho has created a groundbreaking, interactive blockchain based Graphic Novel. Chris is constantly innovating, reaching over 12 million fans through his social network, has a top 200 podcast, and is the lead singer of FOZZY as well as being one of the driving forces of All Elite Wrestling.

Acting the first six lessons

An original Film directly developed and produced with Beau, Emily, and Jeff Bridges. Over 30 Students working directly with the Bridges on all aspects of the production - from set design to color correction. The film was picked up for distribution across all major media outlets and is noted for its groundbreaking approach to remote production.

After effects & beyond

After Effects is used by the top VFX and Animation artists every day and you can join them with our beginner course: After Effects & Beyond! We teach After Effects the right way - one awesome feature at a time.

Dylan mcdermott master class

We hosted the great Dylan McDermott who provided an inspiring master class for Booker High and Sarasota County.

Paul Schiff

Paul Schiff joined us to provide a master class on the business and art of film production.
